Questions

Am I allowed to ask for reviews?

Yes. Asking is fine. What Google's policies don't allow is offering discounts or gifts for reviews, or only asking the customers you expect to be happy. The kit asks every customer the same way and never offers anything in return.

Will it post replies without me?

Only if you switch on automatic replies for 4 and 5-star reviews. Anything lower always comes to you.

What if Make can't connect to my Business Profile?

Some accounts need extra permissions. The guide walks you through it, and an install includes sorting it out.
