Running costs

Questions
Does the AI decide who gets an interview?
No. It checks each application against the must-haves you write and summarises it. You read the applications and choose who to interview. Replies are only drafted after you've decided, and you send them yourself.
Is it fair to applicants?
It's told to ignore personal characteristics such as age, gender, ethnicity, family status, health and nationality, and to check only job-related must-haves. The kit includes wording to tell applicants you use an AI tool, guidance on writing fair must-haves, and how long to keep applications under the Privacy Act. It isn't legal advice, and the hiring decision stays yours.
Will it work with SEEK or Trade Me Jobs?
It reads applications that arrive in Gmail with the CV attached. If your job board emails you the CV, it works. If the CV stays inside the job board, download it and forward it to yourself, or ask applicants to email you directly.
I use Outlook. Will it work?
Not yet. It uses Gmail labels and search, so it needs Gmail or Google Workspace.
