Does it send the follow-up for me?
No. It drafts it in Gmail for you to check and send. Nothing goes to a client without you.
Which note takers does it work with?
Any that emails you a recap after the meeting, including Fathom, Fireflies, Otter, Zoom and Google Meet. You can also forward your own notes.
Do I need a CRM?
No. The standard version logs everything in a Google Sheet. If you use HubSpot, the HubSpot version adds notes and tasks to the contact as well.
