Questions

Will it keep emailing someone who's already said yes?

No. Before every follow-up it checks whether the customer has emailed you back, and whether the quote has been accepted or declined in Xero or ServiceM8. If so, it stops.

Does it work with Fergus or Tradify?

Yes. Add each quote to the kit's Google Sheet (a few seconds on your phone) and it follows them up from there. Xero quotes and ServiceM8 connect directly.

Does it send emails without me checking?

Not unless you want it to. It creates drafts by default, and you can switch to automatic sending once you trust it.

I use Outlook. Will it work?

Not yet. The reply check needs Gmail or Google Workspace. If you're on Microsoft 365, email us and we'll let you know when the Outlook version is ready.
