In aluminium joinery, quality issues often only surface during installation — when fixing them is most expensive. FSManager records checks and exceptions at every stage: pre-production verification, manufacturing checkpoints, pre-delivery inspection, and on-site sign-off. When something fails a check, the system raises an exception against the specific job and item, holds dependent tasks (delivery, installation, glazing) until it's resolved, and routes a corrective-action workflow to the right person. Quality data feeds into the maintenance and reporting modules so you can spot trends — is one supplier's product failing more often, is one type of join causing repeated callbacks, is a particular installer producing more rework? Used this way, QA becomes the data source that actively improves your operation rather than a paperwork burden bolted onto it.
