Every maintenance request links back to the original job — items, supplier, installer, materials used, dates, certifications — so the team responding has full history at hand. Each request is classified as chargeable, non-chargeable warranty, or goodwill, with the right billing path triggered automatically. For repeat issues, the system tracks defects at item level: which window type, which join, which supplier batch — surfacing patterns that improve manufacturing quality over time. On-site staff lodge new requests, capture photos, and complete repairs from their phone or tablet via the cloud module, so the office sees status updates in real time rather than waiting for a paper job sheet.
