Overview
FSManager's payroll integration combines time recording data with job costing, giving you accurate labour cost allocation across all jobs while streamlining your pay run process.
Time data captured throughout the day by all staff feeds directly into payroll calculations, eliminating the need for manual timesheets and spreadsheet reconciliation. Labour costs are automatically allocated to the correct jobs, giving you true job profitability.
Staff sign in and out using a QR code on their employee card, removing the friction of PIN codes or shared logins. Leave applications go through the same system — submit, manager approval, automatic update to the staff calendar — so capacity planning and payroll always reflect real availability. At pay-run time the system generates timesheets from real day-by-day data: scheduled hours, actual recorded time, breaks, overtime, and any business-rule bonuses (callout, after-hours, site-team rates). Managers approve in bulk or per employee. The packaged result exports in file formats accepted by major NZ payroll systems, so payroll runs in minutes instead of half a day.
